Adam Paranial

Adam is a graduate student studying Transportation Planning in San Jose State's Master of Urban Planning program. He attended Sonoma State University as an undergraduate, receiving his Bachelor's in Environmental Studies and Planning with an emphasis in City and Regional Planning. 

Adam has interests in land use, transportation, environmental, and sustainable community planning. He is currently working in the Transportation Solutions Department at San Jose State University, having previously served as a transportation and GIS intern for the Sonoma County Transportation Authority.  His Master's report will focus on bicycle facilities within Transit Oriented Developments.

Adam is an avid bicycle and transit user from South Kona, Hawai’i who is excited and proud to serve as the UPC Vice President and he looks forward to serving the urban planning student body!
