Lola is a graduate student at San Jose State's Master of Urban
Planning
program. She went to UC Davis, receiving her Bachelor's in
Environmental Policy and Planning. In her two-year hiatus between
schools, she worked as a GIS specialist for a transportation modeling
institute primarily working on data collection and analysis, writing and
editing technical documents, and planning and setting up meetings for
colleagues and clients. Lola has interests in land use and transportation,
design, sustainability, and community development. She has interned
with the Sierra Club. Her Master's report will focus on the levels of
greenhouse gas emitted at three different designs of intersections. Lola is excited and proud to serve as the UPC President and looks forward to serving the urban planning student body! |
